Payments


  • How much does an appointment cost?

    Initial consults are set at a flat rate of $85. 


    If you have specific questions about how much certain treatments could cost, then please get in touch.

  • Do you accept private health cover?

    Absolutely! We have a HICAPS terminal that you can use for on-the-spot claiming. 

  • Will there be an extra cost for neuro-vascular assessments?

    No, all assessments form our standard consult therefore no extra charge occurs. 


Referrals


  • Do I need a referral to book an appointment.

    No. While we do accept referrals, they are not required. You can visit us without a referral.

  • Do you bulk bill for Chronic Management Plans?

    No, as we are a private clinic. You will have to pay a small out-of-pocket fee for your appointment. 

  • Can you refer for imaging

    Yes. Should you require imaging as a part of the diagnostic process, we can refer you directly to an Xray, Ultrasound, CT, or MRI imaging facility.  


Treatments


  • Can I try Swift treatment even if I’ve recently tried other wart treatments?

    Yes, you should be able to.


    Prior to booking in your Swift verruca treatment, we will run a consultation session, to establish the suitability of the treatment for your issue, and discuss what options are best for your specific circumstances.

  • Does Laser Therapy hurt?

    No. One of the great benefits of the High Power Laser is that it is absolutely painless. 

  • How long are standard appointments?

    You should expect to be here for 20 to 30 minutes, unless you’ve been informed otherwise prior to your appointment.


General


  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, there is plenty of free parking available around the clinic for you to use should you wish to drive in.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    This is no problem. All you have to do is get in touch and we can work with you to reschedule the appointments as required. 


    We ask all patients to provide us 24 hours notice, this allows us to offer that appointment to another patient.
